Over the years I’ve gotten so many questions about pans. This little workshop is long overdue and I’m really excited to dive into this topic with you. I’m a sucker for all things kitchen tools and our pans are fundamental to so much of what we do.   • How to maintain and use cast iron and carbon steel pans and why you have no need for “non-stick”/teflon.

  • What to cook and what not to cook in cast iron vs stainless or enameled cast iron

  • How to keep your stainless or copper pans shiny

  • How to sear fish without it sticking

  • How to cook eggs in either stainless, or cast iron without them sticking
